Other Inspirations
What a weekend.
The first inclination was to write an Agatha Christie-like short story about an extended Scottish family in a country house somewhere instead of the typical newsletter, which has been around for a while now.
But I'm still litigating, maybe it'll be something for next week.
Music
It started with Radiohead and went through Amistat to the serene babble of voices 26 British Scottish and Welsh people, along with the sounds of a malting factory, the sound of the sea and the patter of Scottish rain.
Book
Sally and I are well wrapped up at the airport, lying together in the four-poster bed and leaving Edinburgh Airport together. As always, she has 4 protagonists and as always, it's a lot about sex. Is that the secret of her success?
Movie
Today everything is really mixed up, so be it - there was a lot of talk about film, unfortunately we didn't find the time to watch any (which is such a shame, because Trainspotting II would have been perfect for the trip)

Music
Although against my nature, we had conversations instead of music. What can you do, sometimes it's like that. What are actually good Scottish bands? The ones with bagpipes and stuff?
Movie
Still no Trainspotting II, an episode of Shameless to fall asleep to on the plane, an episode of Sugar to fall asleep to.
Book
What else can I say, I like her style, it just reads away.
Other Inspirations
And so, after a weekend at Downton Abbey in Scotland, you fly back to the Big B at a very humane hour, only to have to call the ADAC as the first main act.

Music
The endless drive through the city is accompanied by Jan and Oli. An after-work rap session and an evening cigarette with Regina Spektor.
Movie
It takes shape. Instead of 1 1/2 hours (as planned), we work on my scenes until midnight sharp, the feeling of not being prepared enough remains, but we do it. Just do it - that's what Nike already said.
Book
Sally will probably be finished next week and I need a new cheesy novella thank you very much.
Other Inspirations
Maybe you should consider having a script as your very first short film and not leave it to improvisation. BECAUSE THAT CAN REALLY GET ON YOUR NERVES. But it's nice when you see that your work is bearing fruit. They're still small buds and they're supposed to turn into damn apples by Saturday, but as we all know, God can move mountains.

Music
Boomercringe and Joe Rogan with Tarantino.
Tarantino reminds me of someone I used to know. Strange, but I can imagine that he listened to Tarantino and then wanted to copy it. Unfortunately you (I) can't really get anything out of it, sorry Joe, sorry Quentin.
We've finished listening to Row 0.
THIS: IS: NOT: EASY: PODCAST: Uff... Never been a Rammstein fan, but always said they definitely have their place. No, they don't anymore. You can get really triggered. Speaks in favour of the research, speaks against the person. Fie, fie, fie.
Movie
More than 20 minutes of an episode of Shameless - not in it.
Book
Uiuiuiui, we identify with the character and hope she's in a relationship now and we know Sally and know there will be another PLOT TWIST.
Other Inspirations
Sometimes you wish everything would just be okay. You're sitting in a bar with friends, you have good stories to tell about the weekend, and then you get a call that a loved one was almost run over by a car. Why can't everything just be good for once?

Music
It's a little amusing when you find your good mood in your self-created German pop playlist (especially with treasures like Art by Rainald Grebe, Himmelblau by Die Ärzte or Es ist noch Suppe da by Alligatoah) then come home, listen to German rap to a jam session, miss the jam session and finish the evening with Regina Spektor.
Movie
We recorded a new episode and that made me very, very, very happy. So the film. And the episode. And well, Basti anyway.
Book
A long newspaper article about a weekly conference in Berlin about classical music.
The. Makes. Fun!
Other Inspirations
Uncomfortable when dreams that aren't positive feel too real, you wake up dizzy and still in between dream and reality.
Uncomfortable when you feel like it's never the right time to talk about feelings.
Uncomfortable when you feel pressure but don't know who to talk to about it because most people are busy with themselves.
Pleasant: jam sessions in the neighbourhood that start at 7 and finish at half past 9.
Pleasant when the city smells of rain.
Pleasant to know that everything can only get better.
It's nice not to give up and somehow want to stay positive. Sometimes Julius helps a lot. Thank you Julius.

Music
Moritz Neumeier has his new comedy programme on YouTube, thanks Moritz!
Movie
It's going to be a feel-good-the-world-is-super,-even-if-you're-alone-at-best-from-France film
Book
Or we read the book to the end.
